Talent! Talent! Talent!

The Holiday Craft Show December 2010

The day started out really early. I was up at 1:30 am and Laura was up at 5:00 am. I was out early to get my route done and get back by 6:00 am to let vendors in to set up. Laura was busy making cinnamon rolls.

And homemade cocoa. MMMM!

We had a great time Saturday. All the time and effort came to fruition and we had some of the best talent the Ozarks has to offer. Not only did we have great crafts to choose from but we made some new friends.

Let's just take a tour!

Michael Lane age 11 made hand carved and stained walking sticks.

Nancy West is a dear lady who works at the highway patrol office across the highway.  She was very helpful and inspirational in us opening The Gathering Place.  She displayed very nice Fall decorations and craft kits.

These ladies had all kinds of hand sewn items from clothes to dishtowels to pillows.

As you can see we had a great turn out with 15 vendors and we had over 100 people through the house that day.

As I said earlier, we had a great day and made some new friends.  Can't beat that.
